Chester County Historic Preservation Network is a non-profit organization

The Chester County Historic Preservation Network (CCHPN) is an affiliation of local organizations and individuals dedicated to promoting, protecting, and preserving Chester County's historic resources and landscapes through education, facilitation, and public and private advocacy. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, all donations are tax-deductible.

Highly Significant Landmarks

Chester County is a historic place! The National Park Services states that the starting point for determining whether a resource is historic is whether it is more than 50 years old and worthy of further study.

The National Park Service also provides a variety of other educational materials on its History and Culture site, including materials for kids, teachers, travelers, and others.

Center for Understanding the Built Environment (CUBE)
The CUBE develops resources enabling children and adults to understand and appreciate the built environment.
